I started using Sculptris Pro
Added clothes and accessories
Retopology with ZRemesher and UV mapping with UV Master
Details finished with Subdivision
Cigarette texturing in ZBrush with NoiseMaker.
The head texture was also made in ZBrush and composed in Blender with nodes.
Rendering and compositing in Blender/Cycles.
