That would go well above and beyond zbrush’s current material system. The only way it would happen would be if Zbrush 5 gets a radical overhaul in that department, and details on 5 are all but non-existent at the moment.
At the moment you could try working with flat color masks and have a program like Ddo or Substance Designer swap them out with PBR material presets.
