I am kind of working on an important project. just wondering if this has happen to anyone else. Part disappears hit frame button and nothing happens. In the Sub tool menu there is no picture of the part either.
Do I need to add more memory allocation? I did this once already.
I save the file after this happen to see if it was just hiding do to the memory exaction (Deplete) but this was not the case when I reopen the file.
how many subtools?
total polygons in the scene?
total polygons per meshes?
are they hidden, hidden geo, not hidden subtool?
RAM in system?
there was 5-6 sub tools. I dont think there was any hidden items, unless u count the sub tools that where turned off (visible) Just started the scene so most of the polys on the other scenes where rather low 300polys total for the sub tools that I was not using, I had one sub tool done which was level 9 roughly 5-9mil and I was on the second tool which was roughly the same size which disappeared.
