A portrait, modelled in zBrush based on image reference and rendered with Octane Render. Hair was done with Ornatrix. Marvelous Designer was used to create the sweater.

What is your trick for such realistic render ? 
For me the key is good lighting, and lots and lots of tweaking materials…
