I am using zbrush 4. What is the best way to go about this. I have a simple object and want to paint a straight line. I’ve tried with metacaps and when I paint with materials it leaves a jagged edge even over a few million polygons. If I do it as a low res and divide it then it still goes jagged.
So what is the best way to split up an object and paint it with materials? Or is it just better to paint with rgb polypaint and not use metacap materials?
