PA blur not selectable

Hello,

I’m new to zBrush 3.5
For creating displacement maps everybody says to set PAblur to 8. But PA blur slider is not even active for my object to change anything there.

I can’t find anything about it anywhere.

I’m in subD level 4 of 8 level geometry and in cage mode if that changes anything.

Hey there,

PA Blur will only be active when you have a subtool appended to your model. As PA Blur is part of the Project all feature it just needs a subtool as otherwise there won’t be anything to project … kind of logical … the ZBrush way :smiley:
