I have a zproject that is giving me this error when I try to load it, crashing Zbrush. My C drive and all other drives should have plenty of space. I haven’t encountered this before and appreciate any help with ways of resolving it.

I had this happen after merging 2 subtools into one, resulting in an object with overlapping polys. Once I dynameshed the tool, which fixed the overlap all was fine again. Seems Z-Brush is very sensitive to overlapping UV co-ordinates. Lucky I always do incremental saves!
is there no solution to this? i see many threads with this issue and no fix
