The sculpting looks very good, and the texturing is fabulous.

Still, I do have one critique, and that is the use of DOF. Depth of field.

DOF is added to render engines to imitate one of the weak spots of cameras so that photo ‘realism’ can be obtained. In itself this is a feature, and it is up to the artist to make use of it or not. And those of us who take photographs know that depth of field can play a very important role. It can, amongst other things, lead the eye of the beholder to focus on something. But there is another side to it: a small depth of field like the one you use here is caused by subjects that are small in size and need close-up and even macro to be photographed. Think stacking in photoshop to reduce this effect.
And this makes your dragon look like as if it has the size of a lizard.
I don’t assume this is your intention.

As said: The sculpting looks very good, and the texturing is fabulous.
And I hope to see more.
Like a non-tectured version.

Hi Erik you are right about dof but it also adds some ‘‘artistic’’ feel to photography you can look some human portraits where they make the dof extra strong i like this kind of effect too but as you said it can also make the character look small so i guess is just personal taste ,thanks again for your comments and critics!.

Amazing detail! Great work

Wow!!! This looks truly amazing!
Would you mind sharing some grey shaded and texture images aswell?
if you made a tutorial of this on like gumroad Im sure a lot of people like myself would love to pay for it
great work again!

I totally agree with Eric’s comments about the sculpting and the texturing. Absolutely beautiful in both areas. The DOF issue also stands. but I do think in this case you were exhibiting the details of your artwork, not necessarily showcasing the size of the creature in it’s natural setting. So, what how you chose to display the images works for me. but yes, if you were trying to show the dragon at full size, this would pose issues. Fantastic work tho.

Wow, I really like your texturing work. The shading and variance in spec and roughness, combined with this awesome diffuse, creates a really nice realistic look.
I’m wondering what the textures are based on. Did you use projected imagery, Substance or even handpainted? Would love to hear how you touched the topic.

Oh, I was so into texturing that I forgott to mention: Sculpting is awesome too!

Hello , here are some screenshoots from both Zbrush and Mari.
texturing is 90% procedural rest are curvature maps, masking maps and other maps like cavity AO and so on.
you can check on my facebook account for small gifs of the texturing process and modeling too.
thanks again!
