Optimize Startup in ZBrush

Hey to all,

I remember a while ago reading about ‘tips and tricks’ on how to speed up the boot times of ZB.

The thing is, there are a bunch of brushes and materials, which come currently with ZB, which I don’t use nor will ever use. However, I don’t know how I can ‘move them’ from my Startup directory.

Please note I’m not talking about Custom Brushes and/or Materials which I can download and use in ZB, but instead, the standard ones which come with ZB.

Much appreciated for any tips on the subject.

You can move them. But pixologic doesn’t recommend it.

Side note: I have mine configured to only hold the brushes I use, I placed all of the extra ones inside a folder.

Mind telling me how to move the brushes at least? There are a few I don’t need, but I can’t seem to be able to find them.

They are in Zdata.
