I am currently using ZbrushOSX. However, I could not find Zsketch operation at all. Is there anyway possible way to operate this function. Please let me know.

You said you have the Mac version but you didnt say which version. Do you have ZBrush 4? There are a lot of other buttons and functions missing on your interface from what I can see on the image so I guess youre still using ZBrush 3.1
If so this is the reason why you can`t use Zsketch.
Zsketch is available since version 3.5 (for the PC) and if I remember correctly since ZBrush 4 for the Mac.
