Any tips on the software to use for web conferencing?
If no good open source ones how about commercial ones.

You can try using various open source web conferencing software’s such as openmeetings, bigbluebutton, yugma etc. In regards to commercial ones, you can either try using WebEx, gomeetnow, gotomeeting etc. or can even deploy on premise web conferencing appliance such as RHUB appliances in order to conduct webinars, web conferences, web meetings, online presentations etc.
