Open GL errors in Zmapper

I recently decided to try Zbrush on my laptop with its Intel GL965 onboard graphics.

Zbrush itself is perfectly functional but when i use Zmapper i get a load of open gl errors.

After a bit of research i’ve found that its likely my chipset doesnt support normal mapping so i was wondering if anyone else has experienced this and/or knows of a solution (apart from buying a new laptop).

If the GPU doesn’t support OpenGL, I don’t believe that there’s anything that can be done about it.

This MAY do the trick: http://developer.nvidia.com/object/nvemulate.html It’s a software-based emulation of the hardware-based OpenGL features. IF it works, it will perform slowly. So I can’t make any promises. :slight_smile:
