Hey man, this is looking great! 
Love the thrid eye and the material you used on the right side. Cool nose and eyes! I love the Samus guy too, he really has a cool design and expression. For Tezor, I would try to fix the pinched polys on the neck, and maybe try to make the bottom of the neck flat instead of round like that. Or create just a basic collar to make your head more believable.
