Old man sculpt - Shadow imperfections! Advice?

Hello,

I’m currently working on this sculpt of an old man character, but I have been having an issue which I can’t seem to figure out. If you look in the RGB render I’ve posted, you can see that under his chest, on his upper lip, and a bit on his right cheek, there are very distinct and harsh areas of shadow. It almost looks as if the normals are flipped but my normal pass looks accurate. My shadow pass however, is interpreting dark shadows in those areas, and I cannot figure out why.

I’m using ZBrush 4r4
Maya
Rendering in VRay

I’m not sure if it’s an issue with the maps I’ve exported from ZBrush or the settings I am using in VRay.
