rimasson,

This is one of the most impressive head models that I’ve seen on this site. The subtle wrinkles are handled well, and the ear looks good. My only critique would be to honor the cranium a bit more, there should be perhaps a not such a smooth skull. Other than that, its really impressive.

I like it very much. Your skill is admirable.

…old woman!
Seems an androgin face
Very good modeling
Maybe a little more wrinckles on the neck and less on the forehead
Or its maybe an aestheric chirurgy oeperation result
Pilou

I really hate to sound like a sycophant, but that just has to be without doubt the best example of modelling I’ve ever seen! If Rodin, Da Vinci, Michaelangelo were alive today, they’d be spinning in their graves with envy, I mean I’m alive and I’m spinning with envy. Seriously, I’m inspired.

This work is fantastic.

salute!:+1: :+1:small_orange_diamond:+1: :+1:

excellent sculpting skills!

My congratulations sir.
With the possible exception of “Picasso” a few weeks ago,
this is one of the best heads I have seen.
One note, and this is not a critique by any means, but as Pilou
has pointed out, this could very easily be an “old woman”.
I have often noted, that an artist will spend days on something like
this and will see a thread along the lines of “ears too pointy”.
If you do not know the inspiration, how do you know they are too pointy?
Again my congratulations, admiration and envy.

Yea I have to unfortunatrely admit that the first head model looks as if it could be a woman (I thought it was at first). But you arent finished yet, and either way its coming out beautifully!

Hi,

Firstly let me say I am very impressed by your work, you are very talented. I was wondering if I could ask you what type of wacom tablet you use. I am COMPLETELY new to Zbrush and would like to hear it from someone whose work I admire. I hear the Cintiq series is rather good, but they are extremely pricey. Is it possible to get amazing results with something less pricey like an Intuos3?

Cheers

I have to agree with all of the foregoing.

This is very beautiful work, Francois! Truly. You have tremendous talent, and I look forward to seeing your next works!!
