But I still have a question : how to compositing the 3 textures together? in Photoshop? or ZB can do?

That looks great for your first post!
My only crit is that the hair looks a bit too wispy (blown around randomly) at the top and back.
The skin looks about perfect.
I believe you should be able to use bake (under the layers menu) to change textures, but you may be better off using an external renderer to get the three textures.

there are a lot of important volume informations on the texture that you didn’t model so it doesn’t look very realistic so far.
you’d better model further before texturing it in my opinion
