Odd Alpha Shapes

Hello,
I recently tried to create an Alpha (first picture). I used the MRGBZGrapper to accomplish this. When I go to use the new Alpha, it expands out to the sides (second picture). Is there a way to keep the original alphas shape?

if i remember correctly.
make a square canvas size.
place your object as you want, then do Alpha Grab Doc
