How can I make Occlusion maps in zbrush?
You can’t make a proper ambient occlusion map in ZBrush because ZBrush doesn’t do raytracing. You can, however, make a cavity/dirt map, which is kind of similar. Most people use ZMapper to generate cavity maps.

3.2 for Mac CAN make ambient occlusion maps. The Tool>Masking menu has a feature for creating an AO mask. You can then convert that mask to an alpha and export it for use as an AO map.
