OBJ import from MAYA

hi all

I am having a small problem with Zrush and I hope someone can help me. I made the model in Maya 2009 Exported as an OBJ file,
Imported to Zbrush and started my sculp process. All is done with no problem, after that I pick the low divisions one and exported
as OBJ to make the UV, so far so good.
After all this I pick up my Zbrush again import to my scene and still looking good, but when I go up a division all hell breaks trow
the model explodes or something.
Can someone please help me with this can´t figure it out!!!will be much aprecciated thanks.

Something changed the point order of your model. Most likely, “Create multiple objects” is turned on in Maya’s import options.

Since your model was originally created in Maya, there’s no need to export it from ZBrush. Instead, do the following:

  1. Open the original file in Maya.
  2. Create your UV mapping and export it.
  3. In ZBrush, go to level 1 of your mesh and store a morph target. (Unless you stored one before dividing the model. If so, switch morph targets.)
  4. Import the new version of the model with the UV’s.
  5. Switch morph targets and return to your higher levels.

Many thans for the reply I will try that as soon as I get home!!!
