Novice tutorial recommendations..Help

Does any one have any recommendations for a complete novice in Zbrush,I specifically need to learn how to sculpt a full body and head relatively quick.

I’m a professional sculptor in materials like polymer clay and wax but need some fast training with Zbrush
Also does anyone offer this type of specific training over the net?
