Nothing is displayed in my Zbrush!

I purchased Zbrush two mounths ago,and I found the error.I have already looked up this problem,but cannot find solution.I would be happy if you could tell me the solution.I sculpted something,and saved this project as ZPR file.If I open this file again,succeed in opening file but sculpted things are not displayed. The difference from other ZPR file which can be opened correctly is the short messagewhen Zbrush is loading file.My ZPR file displayed “Retrieving 2113 Undo Steps for subtool 0 …” as loading message.(refer to my uploaded image)
I hope that this message would leads to the solution of this problem. I would be appreciated if you send the solution to my e-mail address.Regards,Takeshi [email protected]

Try turning on Preferences >> Undo History >> Skip Loading and then load the ZPR. This will tell you if the problem is a corruption in the undo history or a problem with the model itself.

Thank you for replying me very much.
I tried to check Skip Loading in Preference,and I opened my ZPR file.
But nothing is displayed again…:frowning:
I think my file is bad itself as you said.
I would be appreciated if you could tell me other solution.
