Sorry for the super basic problem, but after I press the Enable Customize button in Preferences, I can’t drag a brush down to the bottom, or anywhere for that matter. The normal white outline areas are not appearing. What am I doing wrong?
First, the brush needs to be in the Brush palette – you can’t drag from the pop-up. So select the desired brush. Next, Ctrl+Alt+Drag to move it from the Brush palette to the desired UI location.

after this … you will be able to dragg
