NormalRGBMat glitch

Hi there, I am having a problem when I try to ‘best’ render out normal maps with the NormalRGBMat material on them, specifically this pixel noise all over the image (see pic). The problem seems to be when I draw down a flat plane/cube to start drawing on top of, as soon as I render it out I get the horizontal banding noise across the image. Anyone know what causing this and how to get rid of it?

This is an old bug since Zbrush 3.1 days…

Just turn off multidraw. It’s under preferences> performance> multidraw
