Normalmap ZBrush 3.1 => 3Ds MAX 2011

Hello,

first of a sorry for my bad English…

Im a 3d intern at a gaming/theater studio in the Netherlands and im trying to make a NormalMap in Zbrush 3.1 The sculpting is not the problem but making a normalmap is… zbrush_sclulpter.jpg as you can see the result is not realy nice… :cry: first time i tryed to make a normal map i used the ZMapper and exported a new OBJ along with .BMP, but if i do that i lose my UV i already textured…

any ideas? thank you!
