NormalMap Revisions (Maya question)

I’ve used Zmapper to generate a Normal map texture in ZBrush. I uploaded the normal as a .tiff into the Bump channel in a texture file in Maya. I am looking at the model with hardware texturing on.

The texture seems to be all the same depth. How can I change the Normal map to make it appear closer to the actual sculpted ZBrush geometry?
