Normal UV Export Issue

Im using Max9/Zbrush 3.1 My uv’s are laid out nicely in Max but, my normal maps aren’t being exported properly, they seem to be messed up by individual faces of the polys for whatever reason, anyone know why? Also the bottom image is what I get after a UV Check.
