normal maps changing light

hello,

normal maps from Zbrush don’t seem to be working correctly inside 3dsmax.

How come it changes completely the light on the object once in max 2011?

I mean everything is as it should be, Tangent upon creation + checked in max,

flip green etc…

my friend has the same thing and we asked around and apparently that’s just how it is.

I have a deciminated objected but I would like to put a normal map to have the finer details.
