Normal maps appear Jagged in Maya

My Normal map created in Zmapper Appears rather jagged compared to what I view in ZBrush when I complete the Normal map in Zmapper.(I am currently using ZBrudh 3.1).Can Someone please tell me how I can correct this to get better consistancy between the 2 programmes.I have attached 2 images.The left hand one is from Maya, the other is from Zbrush.
