Normal Mapping

So. I have a high poly model sculpted in Zbrush, and ive modeled a low poly model in Blender.
The low poly model is not the lowest subdivision of the high poly model.
Is there any possible way i could use Zmapper to bake a normal map for the low poly model?
If not, could someone point out any tools i could find in which i could bake good normal maps?
Ive tried Nvidia Melody, but it is full of bugs and the normal maps have some issues…

you want to “project” the details from the high rez mesh onto the lorez in the style of a normal map.
zmapper can do that.
Load both models into zb, add the lowrez as a subtool to the high rez.

Select the high rez and enter zmapper (the high rez will need subdivisions).
select capture mesh under the projection tab and exit zmapper
select lorez mesh and re-enter zmapper
adjust the raycasting distance (use the normals display to guide you)
hit create projected normal map.

the online docs have a more in depth description but the technique is “projected normal mapping”

cheers

Thanks man, you are the best.
I always thought that Zmapper can only generate normal maps from the highest subdivision to the lowest. You have just made my life easier.
