Normal mapping almost good

i have been trying to use zbrush normals mapping in Max . After many reading of threads and trial and error , here is what i did
1)Guvtiles, Fsborder 2 , Fix seam
2)Nmres 1024 , no texture
3)Adaptive , smoothUV , create normal map
4)import to max , use normal bump

i really want to give up using normal maps, have i miss out any settings in zbrush? cause the pics show that i still got some “holes” in the normal maps.

someone please tell me that there is a solution to this problem. Even if you have a different settings and method , Thanks

the low poly model was not model outside of zbrush but everything was done in zbrush.
