Normal Map UV Seams

Can someone help me understand what im doing wrong, i cannot get the normal map seam to go away i created in zbrush.

I fixed the texture map seams with UV Map>UV MAP Border and Texture Map>Fix Seam…But the normal map gives me hard edges.

it looks like you need to invert your green channel

In Maya try softening your Normal edges- that should smooth out your mesh and render
