Normal Map UV seam problem

Hi All,
I am having problems exporting a normal map out of Zmapper without getting a seam down the middle where the UVs join.
I have setup multiple UVs in MAX just using Basic planar UVW maps, Unwrap it nothing is overlapping. Imported it into Zbrush setup polygroups exported the normals from each using the 3DS Max7_TangentSpace_BestQuality.zmp config file in Zmapper.

I have used the plugins Multi Displacement 3 and Xnormal and I just get the same dodgy seam.
