Can the Zapp linker make displaced geometry? cause I tried to use it to mirror the geometry on a mesh in zbrush, but when I merged and then saved. after I went back to zbrush it looked fine, I hit pickup and it didnt displace at all. BTW I also clicked for it to show shading, and also shading with mask, both options. Finnaly, what is the best way to get a great looking normal map shader in maya. Right now these are the results Im getting with just a base normal map on a blinn shadder, and its simelar regardless of what shader I choose. Any advice? thx guys

ZAppLink is not for displacements. The mesh displacements require depth, and an external image editor is not capable of adding that information to the ZBrush canvas.
