Hi,
I am trying to output Normal Map and Cavity map in 2048 size, but i keep getting 1024. Does anyone know why? Here is what i am doing.
In zbrush 3.5 R3,
- create a new texture with size of 2048 x 2048
- go to normal Map tab, turn on TANGENT and then click on CREATE NORMAL MAP.
- Click on CLONE NM. then i get this NM texture with 1024x1024 even though i created a new texture with 2048 before…
same thing happens with the cavity map.
after i do “Mask by Cavity” -> “Create Alpha” -> In alpha texture, click on “Make TX”, i get the 1024 size.
