normal map issue

respected fellows i am having trouble while generating normal map in zbrush,i am using zbursh from few months.but i use basic method to generate normal maps. normal maps>tangent>adaptive>smoothuv>create normal map.while playing with my object i saw few bugs in normal maps.usually these types of things happens when uvs are not unwrapped properly.but in mine case uvs were unwrapped properly. attaching few screenshots to explain my problem further.
damages can be seen on border of geometry where i created few folds to create thickness collor area border of arms and below part of shirt. need your kind help .thanks in advance
