Normal Map Export settings for Unity

Hello,

I’m currently having problems with the display of normal maps created in zbrush and used in Unity.

The model is a basic damaged building with both inside and outside geometry that has no overlapping UV’s.

Normal Maps work fine in Maya.

Normal Map also works in unity until I rotate the model 180 degrees at which point the detail inverts so the bricks go inwards.

Any help would be greatly appreciated as I’ve tried advice to reverse the green channel and this just reverses the problem.
