Normal map creating problem

Hi, i just finished sculpting an Asian girl in zbrush, now i got a sdv lvl 1 basemesh and i want to export all the texture map for continue working in Maya/Vray.
But it when i apply all the map to vray fast sss mtl and hit render it seems like the normal does not fit well to the basemesh.
You can see in the image below, under the nose :

I also export the displacement mesh but it seemsnot to be very useful (set displace amount very low but it made she looked so fat so i don’t use displacement, instead i press 3 and check “render viewport sdv” in Vray setting)
Can any1 tell me how to fix this issue ?
