zbrush is very new things for me, fact is the whole this 3d things is new
before decide to post this, i’m oredi trying to read all that i can find
include read all in this troubleshoot forum
i am really sorry if this is really stupid things to ask.
the problem that i have is, i save 2 ztl files that can’t be rotate again
i still can move and scale and even rotate them so the head is upside down
but i can’t manage to make it facing me
so anybody can help me to solve this

did you save .ztl files or .zbr files?
zbr files are 2.5D
.ztl files are 3D.
If you want to continue working in 3D you need to make sure you’re using either
file>save as - (zpr)
or
tool>save as - (ztl)
