Noob with mesh problem

Hey all
I hate for the first thing I post on a new forum to be asking for help, but I need a hand!
I started working on a mesh earlier made from ZSpheres and then started editing the polymesh. At some point something strange happened to some of the polygons on the back of my model (Check the image), i think a couple of vertexes got fused or something. I’m new to ZBrush, only played around with it a couple of times so I’m not quite sure how to fix this. Smoothing doesn’t seem to help at all and I’ve got no clue what other options i have :S So any help would be fantastic! Cheers

that just looks like the way your adaptive skin was created when you were working with your zSphere mesh. But it is hard to tell. can you turn on polyframe (shift+F) and upload another image?

Hey, thanks for the reply. Here’s the polyframe picture

mask one of the two verts on his back.
invert the mask
move the single point down so there isn’t geo on top of geo.

thanks for the help Goast, I attempted to try and fix it but it ended up being quicker just to remodel it :stuck_out_tongue: At least I know not to click buttons without understanding them first now. Gotta figure out edge looping at some point.
