Hi everyone,
I’ve been working on a female body sculpt (I already have the face part) but I wanna ask to an expert what are the best approaches for modifying geometry that it was already detailed with ZB. I attached some images for references of my working progress. The idea is continue adding geometry in the same base mesh (body part) and then transfer the old face details to the new one. I don’t wanna lose my work 
Low Poly Model (Obj)

I’m newbie ZB user and I heard about tools like “retopoly” to accomplish this. I don’t know if it’s possible or it’s the best way to do that.
