Hey all,
Im not too sure if this is a question for the ZB community or Lightwave 9.5 community, but here it goes…
Ive been working on a sculpt based on the super average human base mesh (the one available on the zb main download site) and I was preparing it for export.
I created my texture, displacement and normal map with auv tiles in ZB and exported my low res model as an .obj to load in Lightwave.
When I go into Lightwave to load my model, I get the following error:
“There were 85 non-planar polygons found”
If I setup my maps and render, there are holes everywhere and none of the maps are working. I made sure to flip all of the maps vertically before exporting and made sure the defaults were toggeled when exporting the model.
Is there anyway this could result from exporting a displacement or normal map as a psd as opposed to a tif?
Any tips? Heres the render with the maps applied.
