(non merged vertex) what is the available solutions for me?

hi there ,
actually after i’ve finished whole work on my model in zbrush i discovered that my model still have non merged vertex … i didn’t care at 1st but when i export disp. map & normal map to use in maya i found that there is something wrong so
i supposed that is because the non merged vertex … what is the available solutions for me … anybody can advise ??

You could bring the base mesh into maya and merge the offending verts and then bring that mesh back into zbrush. Try doing this with the ztool selected at the lowest level as you would with reimporting uvs, if this casues problems try bringing the update base mesh in as a new subtool, devide it to the same number of levels as the original and use the project tool (have the new mesh selected and only the original geometry at the highest level selected). You may need to clean up some artifacts before baking out new maps.

actually if this happen to all faces its because of an option in export in tool menu in zbrush called (mrg) it should be turned on then you could export your mesh

Loud_Noises thanx a lot , i already tried that but some faces on the mesh i projected spread out out and distorted i don’t know if i missed something .

ryu2020 thanx a lot again , actually it’s just one vertex but that information will b considered

the work is here :
