NOISE MAKER- Noise PLug Crashes

I have this problem whenever i use the noiseplug in noisemaker . it crashes.

Heres how the problem started…
1 . i use a simple cilinder, uv master mapped.
2. then , click on noisemaker… apple a simple noise … it works .Click apply to mesh
3. when i click on noisemaker again … this time i select uv … and select noiseplug . it crashes straight.

any idea why this is happenning ?
your replies are greatly appreciated gurus !
THanks again

i’m using the latest zbrush4r3 on macpro 16 gig ram

This will be corrected in an update. Or you can submit a ticket at https://support.pixologic.com and ask for a new download link, which will give you an installer where that has been addressed. You’d need to reinstall and reactivate ZBrush so it may or may not be worth it depending on how much you rely on that feature.

Thanks AUrick for the prompt reply!

I have already submitted a ticket .
i will see how it goes from there
Thanks

Hi guys i’m back ,
Heres the verdict. Pixologic was great to resend me the installer to reinstall.
I’ve deactivate , delete the folder , and did a clean install .
activate and start using a simple cube PMesh at 8k polycount… uv map it and head to noisemaker and click noise plug .Its still crashes .

I suspect its leopard that its giving the problem . I tried deactivating it install it onto my macbook pro running snow leopard.
it was fine . Noise maker and noise plug was doing great in snowleopard.

any guys out there using Snow Leopard with noiseplug in noisemaker ?
i’m interested to use noiseplug as it is useful to one of my current institute project
