Noise getting mirrored?

I’m pretty new to ZBrush, I started working on a piece, but when ever I try to apply a noise to my object, it gets mirrored.
It doesn’t have anything to do with symmetry, I disabled that, but no matter what I do I can’t seem to disable the mirroring.

Even if I create a simple Cube inside ZBrush I get the same mirroring around the edges.

what did you do?

I imported my object, subdivided it about 4 times, went to surface and toggled on noise. And no matter what settings after that I tweak I can’t seem remove the mirroring.

The cube I created a Cube 3D, subdivided it about 4 times, went to surface and toggled on noise. And the exact same thing happens.
