Hello, I bought the keyshot/bridge bundle for $249. My credit card was happily charged, but no download links were ever sent. My support ticket has been unanswered, so not sure what do other than dispute the charges on my card and try again. And yes I checked my junk mail folder. I understand that support is really busy with the new release, so do I just wait it out? Anyone else have this problem?
Did you receive an email with serial numbers but no download links, or nothing at all?
Yes there are ongoing issues with the emails going out, and yes support has been taking care of them. However there are likely people ahead of you in the support queue and there are only so many hours in a day.
I can’t advise you on how to conduct your personal finances, so do whatever you feel you must. But your issue is not unique, and the lack of response thus far is not due to inattention. There is a troubleshooting sticky at the top of the page with common issues and answers.

I only received an invoice/purchase confirmation which showed up right after I paid for my order. The invoice specifically says to create a support ticket if your download links don’t show up within 5 mins, so that’s what I did. I supsect support is just overloaded at the moment so I’ll just just wait a day or two and see if they respond. There’s also a pixologic phone # on the invoice so I guess I could try that as well.
