I’ve worked in the past few days on my entry to Arstation’s The Journey Challenge.
Here’s my progress so far.
I’m usually streaming each time I work on it so feel free to follow me and join when I’m live.

I just finished reading The Witcher books and I’ve decided to make Geralt.
I’m streaming while working so join me if you want.
The progress so far:
wooooooow!! I like it a LOT!!
Some hair progress from yesterday…still need to work on the hairline on his forehead and make some adjustments …hopefully today I will manage to finish it.
After I finished reading the Witcher books I really wanted to make Geralt. So here he is on his final pose. As usual, since it’s a personal project and not intended for a game, I’ve pushed the polycount and texture size a little bit. I have no doubt tho that it’s not far from the polycount that an AAA main character has.
You can find on my gumroad the model for sale if you’re interested. In the next few weeks I will release a full character creation tutorial for those who were unable to follow me while streaming.
The high poly was made in zbrush and marvelous designer. Low poly was made in Topogun. Hair was mostly made with Ornatrix in 3ds max. Textures in Quixel Suite and Photoshop. Rendered in the amazing new Marmoset Toolbag 3. I hope you’ll enjoy it.
Some progress on the new pose and scene
