Newbie question: Clean lines?

Hey all,

New to ZB. I am roughing out a form and want to clean up the geometry.
-What tools should I use to clean up wavy lines?
-Or, should I resurface? I want to keep the volume.
-What would be the best strategy for this?

Thanks!

-Alan

If you are modelling hardsurfaces i´d recommend to use polygroups advantages. So for example in your extrude in plates you could make a polygroup, then create some edege loops around the polygroups and then extrude in the plates. That will give you enough geometry to have nice and clean edges. Also you can find usefull some deformation sliders such as Polish by poligroups or by features.
If just want to refine by hand i would use Hpolish and TrimDynamic brushes

Hey Thanks Fran. I saw the video tutorial in the classroom section.
