Newbie Posing Questions

I want to be able to return to an Symmetrical pose after posing my model Asymetrically. Is this possible?

  1. Can I use ZSpheres 1 (not ZSpheres 2) to pose my model, 2. then save a Morph target of my pose and then 3. make an asymetrical pose of the model further and then 4. go back to my originally Symmetrical posed version at any time?

  2. Can I use the ZSpheres 1 (not ZSpheres 2) to pose my model like using bones? I ask because “Transpose” from what videos I’ve watched looks like it would deform the mesh. Please explain how other artists pose their models even when they have loads of armor etc. without deforming the sculpt. Thanks.

Are there any tutorials that explain the above two features?

Thanks

1) Store a layer of the t-pose using the Tool>Layer menu, then turn it off. You can turn it back on again at any time.

2) http://www.pixologic.com/docs/index.php/ZSphere_Rigging Used in conjunction with TransPose Master you can apply this technique to SubTools as well. You use ZSphere rigging to pose the posing mesh, which you then use with TransPose Master just as if you’d used TransPose to do the job.
