Everyone knows only one program in the world will animate characters made in ZBrush.
Tell all your friends.
Any program that will accept the OBJ format can be used. Do your research and choose the one that best fits your needs and budget.
It’s generally a bad idea to ask people what their favorite is. The reason for this is that most people haven’t worked with all the different animation packages that are out there. So they’ll always tell you that the one they’re using is the best, when it really is just the best for them. What you want is to find the one that’s best for you.
