david, did you try to export the basic cube for example? this would be to see if zbrush still exports some models, and then the error could be in your model. if zbrush does not export the standard cube either, the mistake is worse… one thing you could check then is how your settings are for the history, automatic quicksave and undo. if you allow zbrush to save lots of undos and history, that eats lots of space, and maybe it is almost full now, and therefore zbrush cannot even export a small mesh… thats the only thing that comes to mind, where zbrush really uses tons of disc space (if you allow zbrush to), i have that mostly disabled for such reason.

Hi Kokoro, I can’t even export a cube and worse than that the program locks up every time and I must force quit! I am a bit pi**ed that no moderator saught fit to respond to my post!

david, i really love your compositions of these clean pure shapes. beautifully rendered too
i researched a little about your exporting problem. found some info via google. the problem occurs not only in zbrush, but others software too, maya, blender and max… the solutions were in every case to reinstall the software. … maybe the mods did not reply to your post in the trouble forum, since it reads like a rhetoric question. i mean, you did not clearly say :hey i am having a problem, i cannot export ztools anymore, , anyway, it seems that reinstalling zbrush is the solution. for that read the manual, you first need deactivate zbrush, then can reinstall, then need activate it again. maybe ask a moderator if you feel uncomfortable with this. i surely hope you get your problem solved, as i love so much your work
Hi Kokoro, the problem disappeared or fixed itself … The old Softwear Gremlin up to no good again. 
So I am happily working again, I also picked up a copy of Groboto and am trying to learn yet another application!
